Microsoft Share Point not opening Microsoft Project pages in web view
I thoght that SparePoint and MOSS 3.0 had web views of all office and project files if the application did not exist on the user computer. Did I wish that this happened? If so, then do I need to install Microsoft Project Server to get the users
the ability to open project in a web view? Should this be put onto the same platform as SharePoint since I only have 100 total users?

Questions about Project server go to a Project Server forum. So the final sentence shouldn't be in a question here.
There is no MOSS 3.0 but I presume you mean MOSS 2007. Where do you get your information that MOSS 2007 can open "all office and project files" in the browser rather than in the application? Afaik you will need to have a suitable version of MS Project (suitable
for the Project version used when creating the files) on your client in order to open such files.
Most office applications have free Viewer versions. So if you don't want to buy copies of the Project application for all your users you could investigate to see if there is a viewer version of Project too.
