Just a quick one; If the hotfix relates to the client's office system, why is the hotfix titled SharePoint Designer 2007? It's a little misleading wouldn't you think? We are experiencing this problem with a number of users and they definately have never installed SharePoint Designer. In any event, I'm trying the hotfix and will post if it resolves the problem.Regards,Francois Pienaarhttp://technicallead.wordpress.comhttp://technicallead.wordpress.com/

Francois, I am interested to know whether or not installing the hotfix helped since we seem to have very similar errors at our facility. Regards, Swissalps
