Windows 10 became very unstable, immediately rebooting after I entered my credentials and it would hang and reboot. After several reboots, I finally got logged in and now I keep getting the notification "Insider Build settings need attention". Clicking on that takes me to the Settings app.
In the Settings app, under "Get Insider builds", it says "Your Microsoft Account requires attention to get Insider builds" and there is a "Fix Me" button.
- Clicking on the "Fix Me" button, I get a pop-up that says:
- Sorry! Something went wrong...
- We're not quite sure what it is. To look into it further check the Insider Hub for alerts or browse the Answer Forums.
- This error code might be useful: 0x80860006
Clicking on "Insider Hub" brings up the "Please sign in and connect". Clicking on "Register here" shows I'm already registered.
I went to the Answer forums and others have had the same issue. There is a fix if you are not on a Domain Account but the moderator suggested posting here for Domain accounts. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix this issue?
