This user has this custom list. apparently they edited the allitems page and now the list and the view are messed up. The title column does not allow selection to edit or delete rows and the view drop down is gone. I tried creating a template with content of the view and recreating.. no luck. I tried creating a new view, but title never allows selection. I don't want to export and import back in as it has lookup columns. Options? Thanks.

You could open the site using SharePoint designer then navigate to the allitems.aspx page and right click then select 'Reset to site definition'. This will set allitems.aspx back to a workable condition as it was before the customizations were made.
