Hi Karthick,
This can happen for a variety of reasons, when the
SSO service is not running or there is a
connectivity issue connecting to the SSO database or
changed password of local machine. I would suggest to please try the following : (Resolution)
1. The Enterprise Single Sign On service is running because this is the most common issue.
2. Restores the master secret and Please follow below steps:
Go To SSO Administration -> System -> Restore Secret and select the secret file.
If you don't know the path of the secret file try once in the location "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Enterprise Single Sign-On".
Select the file and provide the password. Once the master secret restores the error will not come.
3. You will receive this error when you have changed password of your local machine. Please note here, when you changes the password of your local machine, it will not set at the SSOs configuration. Means it will not change the password in
the configuration of SSO. So at this time you will receive this type of error. So to resolve this error you need to go to SSOs configuration and set the new password of local machine. It will resolve your error.
Note: Whenever you change the password of local machine at this time you need to change the password of all BizTalk services including SSO server too.
