Managing programs run first by other programs
Hi all, I'm wondering if there is a good way in SCCM or one of the third-party tools to determine all programs that call another specific program i.e. all programs that have SQLNativeClient2007 chained (run program first) to it? When moving to Windows 7, companies like ours will need to recreate these program chains with any new programs needed to work in W7. In other ESD solutions it was sometimes as simple as right-clicking the program (or object) to get this info. That's something I really miss...or maybe it's easy and I just need to learn the SCCM way. Perhaps people are simply (or not-so-simply) recording this type of info in a package profile document of some sorts that is easily searchable?
