- I have Windows Vista Ultimate 32 Bit. - When I open the Control Panel, User Accounts then trying to click on Manage another account nothing happens. - I tried to perform SFC /Scannow but it didn't help. - Tried to create a new User Account for testing using the command line, successfully created but were not able to click on Manager another account as well.
