The problem is a bit strange for me,, all properties are synchronized except the manager property! also users from another CA synchronized which I didnt choose it and the exception filter I did for not synchronizing disabled users is not working.

Hello,

After a Full Sync, are there any errors or warnings in the sync log at all? You also may need to do a partial sync after your full sync as well to make sure all properties are being pushed across.

Also RE Manager field, is there any warnings in the SharePoint Health reports about there being no single "top level" manager? This can cause problems setting managers sometimes when there isn't a single reporting line for the sync process to use.
