Hi,
Please also try clearing the following on the server and see how it works:
1.
Clear the HealthService queue:
1)
Stop System Center Management service.
2)
Go to C:\Program Files\System Center Operations Manager 2007\, and rename the “Health Service State” folder.
3)
Restart System Center Management service.
2.
Restart the following services:
System Center Management service
System Center Management Configuration service
System Center Data Access service
If the issue persists, please check the Event Log on the problematic computers; if there are any related errors, please let us know the details.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi,
Thank you for your update.
May I know how the PredragOparnica’s methods work?
If the issue persists, please also remove and reinstall the agent and see how it works.
Meanwhile, I would like to share the following with you for your reference:

Hi, I had similar symptom. You have to reset passwords of Action Accounts from Console (MS Action, Data Warehouse, Data Warehouse Report Deployment) and restart OpsMgr
Services.
