Hi Marie, It's possible to use the existing Oracle MA to sync data from Oracle HR to FIM/AD, you need to install the Oracle client in the FIM server and make sure the FIM Service account has permissions in the Oracle client directory, you require an account with connect/read/list permissions in Oracle to connect to. Ideally you could create an Oracle view for the different tables that have HR attributes and would be part of the sync process. I currently have an Oracle 11g HR system provisioning users to FIM/AD based on Oracle attributes. Hope this helps MartinJesus Martin
