The best I can suggest for Microsoft management packs is to check the System Requirements section of a specific management pack (select the ones you are interested from the link below).

if you are referring to Microsoft released MPs, you can get the list available for SC0M 2012 by imporint git from the catalog in the operations console.

Most latest management pack supports both SCOM 2012 which you can download from:

Besides, you can see the System Requirements section of a specific management pack to determine whether it is support SCOM 2012 or not.

scom cam monitor end to end application monitoring. most of the SCOM management packs are vendor specific and you can download from mp catalog  and you can develop out of box monitoring solution using SCOM module.
