Whenever I click on the manage permissions button for a document set I get an error with the following code Correlation ID: a89d1a9d-d0a2-2000-36cf-05c2cca7c4ca 

Any idea why this is happening? I have full permissions and I can manage permissions on any other page. Thanks!

As I understand, when encountered the error when you click on the manage permission button in SharePoint.

You could check the details about the error in the ULS log according to the correlation ID. (The path of ULS log: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\Logs.) You could research the issue according to the error.
