Yes, you can add multiple databases here.Things to consider:A site collection can remain only in one content database and cannot split multiple so in that case none of your site collection should Go beyond 3.75 GB.Incase you have multiple site collections and want to move to saperate content databases due to space constraint,Take STSADM backup of the site collectionDelete the site collectionCreate a new content databaseMark the old content databases as offline and keep the new database as online (click the database and select offline from dropdown)Restore the site using STSADM command, this will move the database to te new content databaseI LOVE MS.....
