Make Metrics the default Measurement for environment
How do I set the default settings for all reports to be A4 using metric measurements. We never use Legal Letter and although I know how to convert imperial measurements to metric measurements, imperial measurements were fazed out over 30 years ago. Also how do I change the default field size settings to use metric. I have changed my report properties to be A4 and metric measurements, but all the fields are still displaying size in imperial measurements.

Hi, There is no process to handle this situation in the current reporting services. However, you can get it around by creating a report template with some controls measured by metrics in the BIDS for usage. See http://blogs.msdn.com/b/bimusings/archive/2005/12/06/500462.aspx on how to create a template report in reporting services. thanks, Jerry

Hi Jerry, Thanks for your response. Is this something that is going to be added to a service pack or future versions of SSRS? If not, why not?
