Maintenance Mode: Granularity / Best Practices / Gloval ?
Hello, I am reviewing the list of Alerts coming when I am doing the patchuing of the Exchange Servers. Most of them could be prevented by putting the severs in Maintenance Mode but some of them remains.: - Forefront - Cluster - Nodes... Alert: A message has reached or exceeded the configured poison threshold. After the Microsoft Exchange Transport service restarted, the message was moved to the poison message queue. Alert: An error 1245 occurred while disabling rule on the public folder. The folder ID is in the data section of this event. Alert: An RPC request to the Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology service failed. Alert: Cluster resource group offline or partially online Alert: Dell OMSA System management data manager stopped Alert: Ending backup of the database - all data has not been read.
