Mails are delivered directly to contact but not via a distribution group.

Hello!

I have a problem where mails can be sent and delivered to a contact directly but not when the contact is a part of a distribution group with it's own adress.

I have allowed mails to be delivered both internally and externally and I have ran out of options and therefor consults this forum.

The email adress for the contact is a subdomain adress in the following format: "adress@subdomain.maindomain.se"

Is there an NDR sent to the sender?

According to the messenger tracker the mail was expanded and then delivered, but it hasn't come through.

It works when the mail is sent directly to the contact but not when it is being sent via a distribution group.

Ensure the DL is a universal DL and not a global or local group.

Hi,

I suggest the following methods to troubleshoot this issue.

  1. Add this contact to other worked distribution group.
  2. Create a new distribution group, then add this contact to this distribution group.
  3. Create another contact and add this contact to this group.

Let me know the results.

Best Regards.
