Mailbox server health report showing Mailbox Replication as unhealthy - Expected MRS diagnostic xml element is missing

When I run the Test-MRSHealth command I get an xml error "Expected MRS diagnostic xml element is missing." on the queue check. No issues on other Mailbox Servers, just one DAG member shows this error. I have restarted the Mailbox Replication Service. The problem persists. Had anyone seen this before. I have provided the output below

get-mailboxserver -identity EX13MB01 | Test-MRSHealth

Hi BTRowdy,

Thank you for your question.

From the error, the MRS diagnostic file is missing on this mailbox server. We could copy the MRS diagnostic file from the other member of DAG to this service from the following path:

/Components/MailboxReplicationService/DurationSinceLastScan

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim
