At first, sorry for my bad English.

I have some problems with Microsoft Exchange 2010, in combination with Outlook 2010.

One person in my company does'nt get all the incoming mails in his inbox of Office 2010. When an person is sending an email, his Iphone 6 is receiving it correctly. It also appears in the inbox of the OWA. Only Outlook 2010 doens'nt get all the mails. Some mails are correctly appears in the Inbox, but not all.
The problem is by one person in my company. He is working on a Windows 2008 Standard Terminal Server. Other colleagues working on the same Terminal Server do not have dis problem.

Is the anyone wou can help me please?

Have you reconfigured the outlook profile ?

Have you disabled the cached mode in outlook and check the results ?

You could try to configure the problematic mailbox on some other machines outlook and observe it for few days .
