Im having difficulties now to push the advertisement to one of my client machines. Initially, it turns out that the machine is assigned to a different site and not to my primary site when i browse on the Config Mgr agent in control panel. So what i did was to first uninstall the agent by running the ccmsetup /uninstall in cmd. Then i tried to install again, but until now (after several hours), it is not installed. Ive checked and the machine is within my site boundaries. Below are the steps that i did to install: Right click on the machine name in sccm console and install client. Not successful. Run CCMSetup.exe /mp:"Primary site code" /logon SMSSITECODE="Primary site code" FSP="Primary site code" in cmd. Not successful. Is there anything that i may have overlooked in order to install the agent? Or maybe it takes time to install (but i did this since the last 8 hours)

Did you check the boundaries? Ok, found it. Another forum says that to stop WMI services, delete %windir%\system32\wbem\repository folder and restart WMI again. Then I run the ccmsetup.exe /mp:primary server code /logon SMSSITECODE=Primary server code FSP=primary server name. Then I restart and it works!! ConfigMgr client is successfully installed and now the CLIENT=YES and assigned to my primary server in my sccm console. Generally speaking, the only time this operation should ~really~ be necessary is in the case of true corruption as indicated by tools such as WMIDiag or Winmgmt /verifyrepository.
