Hello Appreciate any help for an issue. Running XP Home - I like using MS Picture Manager for quick editing of digital photos. It is the default when opening a JPEG - the program always opened without hesitation. Lately it is taking 10 seconds or more to open. I ran the repair link and restarted the system - it was no help to fix issue. Any suggestions to get back to the way it was. Thanks SA
