MOSS Site usage reports
We have our corporate intranet portal built using MOSS (MOSS sp2 installed). Configuration is a farm consisting of 2 front end servers, one app server, one search/index server, and a sql 2005 cluster. Site usage reporting (or should I say Usage analysis
processing) have been configured correctly (using http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262541.aspx), all timer jobs are running and successful, logs are being created in the default location (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server
Extensions\12\Logs)
I ran the following stsadm.exe -o getproperty -pn job-usage-analysis -url "http://blah"
and it returned:
<Property Exist="Yes" Value="daily between 01:00:00 and 01:00:00" />
Our problem is that site usage reports are not displaying the correct results, I have compared it with _layouts/usagedetails.aspx and this shows a better (a lot more users) compared to _layouts/SpUsageWeb.aspx which is only showing 6 or
7 users.
Can anyone help with this please
