I am using MOSS 2007 for survey. when i export results of survey (to Excel), It doesn't sort Question of Survey. I have 50 question but it doesnt sort as 1-50 on excel sheet. i was trying to numbering questions (Ex 1.__ 2.__ 3.__ ) but I am still having same issues. best Regards lasantha

Hi Lasanthajn, How did you export your survey to a spreadsheet? Please refer to the following articles to check whether your steps are correct. Export responses to a spreadsheet http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-sharepoint-services-help/view-and-analyze-survey-results-HA010208811.aspx http://www.villanova.edu/unit/assets/documents/workshop/sharepoint_surveys.pdf Your Excel Macros must be enabled or you can’t export from SharePoint. Note: If you are using a spreadsheet program that is compatible with Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, such as Microsoft Office Excel 2007, the exported data includes the results of rating scale questions.
