I just spend hours downloading all the rar files from the microsoft download page. Now with extracting i get that part 8-16 are corrupt ?? i found on technet others with same problem a while ago. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sharepointadmin/thread/a52cd618-df82-4f54-8953-61720196fd37 is there a good version i can download ??

I downloaded the 20 rar files and had no problem, earlier today. Be sure the file size for each of the downloaded files is correct and try the checksum validation method.
