MOSS 2007 User Profile AD Sync issue
I have issues in User Profile in MOSS 2007
Background:
User Profile Import Schedule was not running as per configured Schedules (this problem still exists).
I manually ran the Incremental crawl which pulled the users from different ADs.
Profile Synchronization, Quick Profile Synchronization Jobs are running successfully.
There are totally 90000 profiles, pulled from different domains.
Problem:
Imported User profile details (changes) are not getting published to the web applications.
I am able to see the changes in SSP database in “UserProfileValue“ table. On the other hand when I removed the user from site and added him back the changes are reflected
in the web application.
Any help would highly appreciated.
Please reply for any clarifications.

the problem occurred at 'Profile Synchronization Job' which is responsible for synchronizting Uer Profile DB and Content DB. 'UserInfo' table inside content DB is where the unsynched data is. Make sure it's running against the correct web application,
or try the following.
try: stsadm -o sync -listolddatabases 0
if ourputs any content dataase, then do the following:
stsadm -o sync -deleteolddatabases 0
stsadm -o sync
Also try to restart your Timer Serivice:
net stop SPTimerV3
net start SPTimerV3
You can also try this to clear Timer Cache:
the SharePoint Configuration Cache
