Site usage report is not displayed it is giving the following message: The Office SharePoint Usage Processing Job is currently running ,so the usage analysis data is not currently available for reporting.Try Again Later. This message is being shown for the last one week. Can you please help me resolve this. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Check the status of the Office SharePoint Usage Analytics Processing and Usage Analysis timer jobs. If either show initialized rather than succeeded, restart the timer service on server shown. Logging for usage analysis is under the Business Data Category. Increase trace logging "Least critical event to report to the trace log" to verbose on that category. I suspect you'll probably see a event like this mm/dd/yyyy <time> OWSTIMER.EXE (PID) <thread> SharePoint Portal Server Business Data 7pkb Unexpected Portal Analytics import job failed... 7pkb is the event tag, the description can vary. Copy this event or others you see in your response to this post. What does your build number show in Servers in Farm?
