MOSS 2007 > Site Actions > View Reports - Stopped Working
Good Morning, I am currently supporting a MOSS 2007 Environment. Basic farm setup (1X App Server; 1X Web FE; 1X SQL) It has recently come to my attention that the View Reports function under Site Actions (viewing Checked Out documents etc) has stopped returning any results. I am not aware of any changes to the SharePoint environment recently that would have caused this. Would anybody be able to advise: A: What has caused this? B: How to resolve? Many Thanks

Hi Tim, Have you seen any error prompt message or you can open the Site Content and Structure page just with no results? Please try to reactivate the “Office SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure” in Site Collection features and the “Office SharePoint Server Publishing” in the site features, check the result. Thanks, Qiao

Hi, Thanks for your response. I have enabled that feature but it didnt have an effect i'm afraid. Not sure what has changed but previsouly when you run the report from the top level site in the collection it used to return all the results. Now users have to navigate down to individual sites to see what documents they have checked out. No changes to the SharePoint platform recently, but there was to the SQL environment. Can't see why this would have affected SharePoint.

Hi Tim, Thanks for posting back. Please go to Site Actions->Site Settings->Modify All Site Settings->content and structure, and choose one list, in the page tool bar View: All Links, click the down list, there will be All Links, Checked out to me, Last Modified by me, and some other views, click one and check the result. Thanks, Qiao
