Hi I do a submission to records center. Files goes there fine and all metadata EXCEPT "Title" and "Keywords" are fine. SPListItem at records center has those properties empty. The properties xml file has Title and Keywords metadata just fine. Any ideas where the metadata is lost? Thanks in advance, -hkossu

Not sure if you were able to figure this problem. I had the same problem, it had to do with my content type. Can you check your content type that is associated to the document library that you are routing the document to and also the document library that you are routing from? If SharePoint can match the content type of the document with a content type allowed in the document library it will copy all the metadata to the columns of the record. V
