MOSS - Only Allow Path to Permissioned Folder
Is there a way to setup MOSS that allows a user to see the full path (from the root level) down to folder where he/she was assigned?
For example, the root folder is Vehicle and I give permission to a user only to the folder
Accord, is it possible that If provide the root URL (/Vehicle), the user would only see the direct path leading to /Accord?
Vehicle -> Car -> Honda -> 2010 -> Accord
Vehicle -> Car -> Honda -> 2010 -> Carolla
Vehicle -> SUV -> Honda -> 2010 -> RAV4
So the user would recieve the URL /Vehicle but only sees the path
Vehicle -> Car -> Honda -> 2010 -> Accord. The user would not see /SUV or
/Carolla.
Thanks for any help!

Hello,
If you have some files in folder "Accord", For all the files in the folder, maintain the permissions.
For this you have to go to the context menu, click Manage Parmissions.
You have to break the inherit permissions and provide the required permissions.
This would become a very big problem in future as you have to manually maintain the permissions for the folders.
