Hi Everyone, We have configured SMS notification using SMSC application in which there is no problem in receiving the SMS. But the issue is i am unable to configure the relevant alert to different mobile. Example: I need to send service alert only to application team mobile, it is not happening because the SMSC application cannot differentiate the alert. In this case can we differentiate the FROM field(momsupport@XX.XX) in MOM so that SMSC application can filter and send it to separate mobile instead of sending all messages. Regards, Pratap

I think we'd need to see some screenshots to be helpful at this point.
