MDAC/WDAC issue with SQL 2008 x64
This is 1/20 errors that i currently have that are showing in my DTSX package, all 20 are the same context & body but with different grouping object names.
Error 1

When i try to create a new Destination connection object this is what i get:
TITLE: System.Data
------------------------------
The .Net Framework Data Providers require Microsoft Data Access Components(MDAC). Please install Microsoft Data Access Components(MDAC) version 2.6 or later.
The Source object isnt throwing this error, it is only the Destination database object. This only started happening Yesterday, in theory. So i am not truly sure of what may or may not have happened at the client site for this to occur.
The Destination object is using a OLEDB connection object in the Business Intelligence Studio environment. Could this be a simple problem with the BIS which i believe is 32-bit not wanting to work on the 64-bit SQL Server?

Found the problem....it was primarily due to a client version update for a 3rd party application which makes me question why the GUID of the connection changed for the Destination Object. They did the client version update why would the Destination
object change its GUID when the new version is on a different server?
After i manually edited the DTSX XML file to point to the correct GUID, the process ran successfully. Any thoughts or theories on this? The packages itself had not been edited in over 2 months, and the error just occurred Monday morning when
the version update was performed on a different server.Nothing but something
