Hi,

I noticed that the MBSA scan report shows some security patches were missing however those patches were installed on the machine....I checked it in ADD/Remove Program -> Installed Updates and also in wmic qfe list command, the output of the command shows that the missing security patches were installed.

Only in MBSA scan report it shows were missing.

could anyone help with this issue?

Did you install the MBSA tool online or offline?

I am facing the same issue: MBSA does show the patch is missing but wmic qfe shows as installed.

I installed MBSA tool online but I am scanning with MBSA as offline (must use local cab file but updated)

Any idea?
