I know that there are some issues with provisioning the cert for MAC clients. The best way for you to get an answer is to ask the same question in the SP1 beta forum - http://innovation.connect.microsoft.com/discussions?ProjectName=configmgrsp1openbeta

There are many issues on SP1 Mac client, certanly!

On the site you suggest, nothing has the reply to my bug, but the error is there described.

The error remains #Server connection failed. HTTP Response code is 500 and reason is Internal Server#, I already fix the issues with components and no error on managment or distribution point. I'd followed the link http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb633169.aspx to Full Control no Advanced Settings and http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc431377(TechNet.10).aspx to WebDav Confs.

I don't know, plus, what to do, so, i anyone can help. i know that this error points me to IIS authentication, but on IIS i already give access to the user that enrolls Full Control over Default Web Site, but nothing happened, also!

This may be too little, much too late, but I encountered the same issue.

In my case, it appears that the Certificate Revocation List (CRL) set up in my Cert chain had expired.  Because we have CRL checking disabled in our enterprise, this didn't cause any problems elsewhere.

Once we found that this was the cause of the error, we re-published a new, non-expired CRL and were subsequently successful with the enrollment of the Mac Client for SCCM 2012.

As per:

http://www.jamesbannanit.com/2012/10/enrol-mac-os-x-clients-in-configuration-manager-2012-sp1/

and/or

http://blogs.technet.com/b/systemcenterpfe/archive/2014/10/04/step-by-step-guide-to-setting-up-system-center-2012-r2-configuration-manager-to-support-management-and-installation-of-the-configmgr-client-on-mac-osx-computers.aspx

Getting exactly the same error after configuring it all in SCCM for Mac enrollment

I can access https://sccmserver.local/EnrollmentServer/DeviceEnrollmentWebService.svc

just fine and get:
