Hello Microsoft, 

I synced MS Lync on my laptop which I lost later on and the lync is still synced in that laptop.

The person who holds that laptop is able to send messages to my contacts even though I changed my credentials.

Please help urgently considering it as priority because the same person can use my identity.

Don't hesitate to revert in case further information required from my end.

You have also to remove the user certificate from your Lync user through the Lync control pannel, if you have change your user

From your description, here is my advice to you:

1.Change AD account password,

2.You can try to revoke a certificate using the Revoke-CsClientCertificate cmdlet in the Lync Management Shell.
