Lync mobile client on IOS 9 - not working

Lync 2013 (client version 5.7) on IOS device with IOS version 9.

When user tries to log in to Lync mobile client he recieves an error he is unable to log in with this version.

User was able to do that with IOS 8.4 version (and with same Lync client version 5.7 on that OS)

Hi,

From your description above, the issue only happen on IOS 9 device.

Please check if all Lync 2013 couldn't login with IOS 9 devices, if yes, the issue may happen with IOS 9, you may need to contact Apple to feedback the issue.

If the issue only happen for few IOS 9 devices, try to uninstall Lync client on them and then download the latest version of Lync and then test again.

Hi Eason.

Currently we have only 1 user testing IOS version 9.

He has the latest version. I Will suggest him to reinstall the app.
