In our organization we are using MobileIRON for MDM,
Now we want to implement Lync mobility,

We have MobileIRON in DMZ and an TMG Server (Reverse Proxy) in internal network,

Now we need to configure the integration between MobileIRON Sentry and TMG,
So that whenever MobileIRON sentry receives any request is forwarded to Reverse Proxy and from there to Lync FE.However the issue is from MobileIRON Sentry the request is in the form of an URL whereas the configuration on TMG is in the form of HOstname or IP format, I Need Configuration steps for setting the communication between MobileIRON Sentry and Reverse Proxy so that Mobile Clients can use Lync Mobile successfully.

Hi,

1. It is recommended to deploy Reverse Proxy in DMZ zone, so you may need to move the Reverse Proxy to DMZ zone.

2. For Lync mobility, there is no need to using MbileIRON to forward request to Reverse Proxy. On Lync mobile client, the request will connect to Reverse Proxy, and then redirect to FE Server. So base on my understanding, it is better to remove MobileIRON before Reverse Proxy.
