The same problem.

Alert rule: Logging service not exist

Alert Description:
MISSING EVENT: $Criteria$
Knowledge: No knowledge was available for this alert.
Digging further:
Management Pack: Microsoft.Windows.Server.RightsManagementServices (Converted)
Rule Category: Event Collection
Rule target: Microsoft Windows Rights Management Logging Servers Installation
That's all the information I can gather from the alert.
Any ideas?
Thank you,
Tolga
