What Bharath suggested is to show columns based user roles on InfoPath forms.
If you want to achieve this goal for default list forms for SharePoint, then I recommend to use Jquery to achieve this goal.

Hi Sunil,
We cannot assign permissions to users for the new/edit forms.
The permissions can be set on list or list items. If users do not have permission to add list item or edit list item on a list, then he cannot access all the list forms including OOB and custom forms.
So if you want to make only users in the specific group can use the OOB forms, then I recommend to set Target Audience on the Edit form web part.
You can access the OOB edit form page for a list item in browser and then edit the web part to set the target audience.
