Local Account Visibility - Windows 10 Enterprise in workgroup

Hi

Just added win 10 to a trial vm for evaluation. Before I troll through https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt158221(v=vs.85).aspx  and https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn986866(v=vs.85).aspx I want to know what is going on with the local accounts. By default MS locks you into using your live id .

Usually at eval or test stage, we add "admin" and enable "administrator"

Although admin exists and is enabled, the login screen does NOT give me this as an option.

i.e. two accounts are shown with no option to manually type in an account.

When I click on "add someone else to this PC" nothing happens. I activated my MSDN copy in case this was a factor.

So questions :

1. How to enable extra local accounts ?
2. How to remove my live ID account from the system when I make the VM available for others to trial ?

Thanks in advance

We can close this.

It seems upgrading a pre-released windows 10 is a BAD idea. There are numerous issues
with the accounts and possibly other areas.

I installed a fresh released VM and now have no trouble.

Also the released Windows 10 does not push you into the cloud (yah!)
