Hi, NLB runs on the front-end Web servers, and uses TCP/IP to route requests. Because NLB (and other software load balancing solutions) runs on the front-end Web servers, it uses the front-end Web system resources, and thereby reduces the resources you can use for serving Web pages so if you need to configure NLB you need to have another WFE. if so, just configure NLB between the 2 WFE For more information about NLB services in Windows Server 2003, see Network Load Balancing Clusters in Windows Server 2008, see Network Load Balancing Best Regards, Ammar MCT http://ahmed-ammar.blogspot.com Posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
