I would like to know what are the features should be active by default in a teamsite or any template?  I am not sure the active featuers after site collection got created are the final list or something missing?  How to know what are the default features need to be activated.  I tried to ran get-spfeature command but it was giving me the list of features including custom solutions but what i need is , the features which are there under sitecollection features in site settings page.

you need to compare using excel lookup or C# code, if not matched means custom and reject it.
