List control with subreports
Hi, I have reports with List control and three subreport in it. Each subreport have one table and one chart. Charts can be invisible conditionally. I have following problems: 1. When I run report with parameter "Hide Graphs" set to true first and second subreport shows only table but third shows table and blank space. Height of this blank space is the same like height of chart. 2. I want to have each table and chart on separate page so I set "Add page break after" for table and chart. But in this case I have blank page on the end of report Maybe someone will be able to help with this issue Thanks

What about.. Create 3 rectangle and put all 3 reports in. (no more sub reports files) 1. You can Add page break before or after 2. blank space won't matter because it is sepearte page now. If it is still concern, create another rectangle in it and hide it. 3. You may hide table and graph by toggle the rectangle visibility if you want. Hope this helps. SoyLover

Hi msukz4, Question 1: In subreport 3, please make sure you have set the chart visibility conditionally rather than added a filter to a certain group based on the parameter. Meanwhile, please adjust the size of the report body to reduce the white space in the report body as much as possible. Question 2: To achieve your goal, please follow the steps below: Click the List control, right-click on the "Details" group from the Row Groups pane and open "Group Properties" window.Click the "Page Breaks" tab, check the "Between each instance of a group" option and don't check either of the two sub-items. Hope this helps. Regards, Mike YinMike Yin TechNet Community Support
