I have a letter saved on share point site that many offices use. I want to link to it and understand the process of text from file and insert as link. When I do that however, nothing happens. The letter does not open. All I get is the icon for grammer and spelling turning pages. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi Beth, You can do the following: Go to the document library where you have stored the letter. Right click on this and select "Copy Shortcut". Then add this link wherever you want. Thanks, Rahul Rashu
