Hi , Just got the e-mail setup on the SSRS. Is it possible to change the url to something more short form as at the moment, it does look ugly and not very user friendly. I was planning on adding a hyperlink in the comment box but in shortform or is there a way I can change the Link in the e-mail? Hi Jon, In Reporting Services, we can use the Reporting Services Configuration Tool to configure the URLs. And all parts of the URLs are defined in this tool. We can configure the Report Server URL, Report Manager URL in this tool or change the URL to looks like more friendly.
