Hi,

For Some of the sofware's something like PL/SQL Developer the License 15A Report is giving "difference" count as 0 even i have entered the correct license counts in license .csv file.. 

i am able to see the installed counts When i am checking on Asset Inteligence> Inventoried Software but it's not getting reflected in License 15A Report..

For most of the software's the count is matching and accurate also against inventoried software...

can anyone guide me..

Are "License Quantity" and "Inventory Count " displayed correct in the report?

Difference is left over/over used licences that calculated as Licence Quantity Inventory Count.

On License Quantity what i have entered .csv file it's reflecting in the "License 15A" Report but it's not showing in inventory count...

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) as they can work with you to solve this problem.
