Hi,

I am having some issues with importing 3rd party software licensing for General License Reconciliation Report. After importing the csv with the relevant information, it seems that the report cannot:

1. check the inventory count to reconcile with the licensing

2. display anything when click on the software name in the listing (come out new page with empty results)

Is there anything I missed (some configuration somewhere) that must work together with the csv file I imported to work correctly?

Please assist. Thank you.

I managed to get it now; the version of the software need to be removed from name and put in version column.
