When ever running custom code solution this is logged and same code runs in DEV and UAT and PROD not in TESTING.

What could be the issue...

Hi,

Since the issue is related to custom code solution, log like this won't be much help. If the solution works in other envrionments, that means the code is OK, the issue comes along with environment. You may need to compare the environments and find out the root cause.

Please check event view and ULS log and see if there is error information which can more clearly indicates the issue cause.
