I am getting the following error: An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details. (rsInternalError) Get Online Help Keyset does not exist (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80090016) I recently upgraded my existing 2005 to 2008 version, then the reporting server database was not ported to new 2008 version., i had to manually attach teh database from 2005 based data folder. now the database is found, but when i run teh htpp://localhost:8080/reportserver it thre the above error, can you please help me, how to safely add teh key set to the database. One time i made a mess and i had to reinstall the whole thing again. Thank you very much for the helpful info.

Did you backup your encryption key when you upgraded to SSRS 2008? You can use Reporting Services Configuration Manager to Backup/Restore/Change/Delete your key. I think your RS DB is using an old key but you have a new key.
