Keys lock row not found
I have tried everything suggested in other threads for this and still cannot access my SSRS 2005. I looked in the Keys table in the database and there are no entries. I tried rsconfig, rskeymgmt, etc. and nothing gets a record in there. I assume
this is what is needed. Before I throw away SQL 2005 what can I do? Thanks.
p.s. On another server with SQL 2008 I have had NO problems.

Hi DavidLife,
Did anyone delete the rows? It is basically not safe to open any tables of Reporting Services Catalog databases. It is technically unsupported to work on the Catalog databases directly.
After you delete the keys and restart IIS, you need to use the rsconfig utility to specify the connection information to be encrypted. For more information of rsconfig utility, please go to
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms162837.aspx.
Hope this helps
