I am new in Dashboard design.
Q1: How would I design the following dashboard with these requirements?

Hi Abdul,
A key performance indicator (KPI) is any measurable value in a report that has business significance, for example, Total Sales. If we want to display the current state of a KPI on a report, we can use one of three different approaches:
Highlight cell values using a background color that shows the state of the KPI.Replace cell values with an image that shows the state of the KPI.Insert a gauge.
Since you didn't provide the structure of the sample dashboard you want to design, I suggest that you refer to the following articles to obtain more information about how to add KPIs to a report:
Tutorial: Adding a KPI to a ReportAnalysis Services KPIs and Reporting Services 2008 R2
For the relevant KPIs, I suggest that you expand and check the "KPIs" item in the "Metedata" area of the MDX Query Designer.
