We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

Hello achinaboy,

For your second question, there is not color settings for the window title. Actually, you can see there is no obviously titles on the window. The design is just like new look of Office 2013.

thanks, but   I maybe disable the DMP files.

by the way ,every time after I shutdown my win10(laptop), then star my laptop, the wireless can't connect the WIFI network. Only I must disable the wireless from Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections, and then Enable the wireless, then the wireless will be work.

Hello,

You can try reinstalling the driver for the wireless adaptor. If it still does not work, try disabling the AV and security programs and run Windows in Clean Boot to see if the issue persists.

Hello ,

An incompatible driver will cause BSOD issues. Please contact the vendor support and consult if there are similar issues with other same brand and model computers.
